I remember watching these episodes when they originally aired (Jan. ‘94). How timely was Raymond’s game show appearance alongside the popularity of Dre and Snoop? I think I was in 8th grade at the time and I really thought this guy was a relative of Snoop.

I was in 9th… I remember my dad telling me “you gots to watch this guy…” Yup, I thought the same, is this Snoop’s dad or something?

BTW – greatest youtube comment – “Ha ha I love this guy. I don’t think he seems at all like a crack addict… I know guys like this and it’s just that they’re sort of spazzy and dramatic. They’re all homosexual, actually.”

Raymond, is that really you? If so, how would you feel about telling your story on camera, the way it really happened? Not how the media portrayed you.
