I’m always looking forward to another Okkervil River album and I didn’t think it was possible for my already-high anticipation for any of their releases to grow. Will and crew, of course, have found a way. My anticipation is now defenestrating all over my backyard and it’s freaking out the little corgi that’s running around down there.
Their newest album, The Stand Ins, comes to us on 9/9 and they have come up with a really cool way to promote the album. No need for me to regurgitate:
